In order to comply with sustainable development, the Mesnil Farm invested in a composting unit. This unit allows the poultry dung and waste generated by the farm activity to be treated to obtain a standardized compost.

It is a conversion process consisting of biodegradation of organic matter under the action of fermentation to finally obtain a compost after maturing.
