Bred at the Mesnil Farm for at least 120 days, our chickens enjoy an outside grassy enclosure. Their food consists of ground and mixed seeds only : 100% plant and mineral food.
Chickens are slaughtered in our own slaughterhouse and packed on site.

A capon is a chicken castrated at 10 weeks old and bred for 180 days. Its food consists of seeds and during the last two months, it only eats fresh cream and chopped corn.

Advice : 1 capon for 10 persons.
A guinea-fowl capon is a guinea-fowl castrated at 10 weeks old and bred for 180 days. It gets the same food as our capons and only eats fresh cream and chopped corn for the last two months.
Guinea-fowl capons are slaughtered in our own slaughterhouse and packed on site.
Advice : 1 guinea-fowl capon for 6 persons.
